Your 1-on-1 membership includes:

    One-on-one with one of our experienced coaches who creates a custom program around your goals and injury history. Each session is rooted in the latest research on strength and conditioning, and progress is tracked from day one so you’ll always know where you are and where you’re headed.

  • All-inclusive yoga access

    Included is full access to our elite in-house studio, where your coach helps integrate yoga into your full wellness routine. Whether you’re targeting mobility, flexibility or recovery, we offer classes for every level—so you’ll get the right yoga class at the right moment.

  • Performance nutrition program

    Fuel your success with a comprehensive nutrition plan built around your unique needs. Your coach will guide you with a full meal plan, 24/7 access through our nutrition app, and ongoing communication to refine and adjust your plan as you advance.
